Both of them are also available as Debian Package (but directly in stable), so they might be better for you.

Reason

The Project started in at.linux by Andreas Wiese, see here. The Reason why I use it and go on extend it are:

• Very easy to extend
• Just needs a POSIX Shell, Perl not required
• Even a nonprogrammer immediately knows howto change
